Justen Grech — Attorney at Law
Justen is the owner and attorney at the Grech Law Firm. He has exclusively handled Social Security Disability law for the last 26 years. He prides himself on trying to represent every client as if they are family and he has been helping people get disability benefits his entire career. Justen attended college at Michigan State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Justen was born in Royal Oak, Michigan and currently lives in Oakland County with his wife of 17 years and his three amazing children! In his free time, Justen likes to go up north and attend his kid’s soccer games and robotics’ competitions.

Sarah
Legal Assistant and Case Manager
Sarah is a legal assistant and case manager with a background in social services and public health, and is a certified Community Health Worker. This means our office can help answer questions about State benefits, Medicare and Medicaid and she connect you with resources to assist during one of the most difficult times in your life. Sarah has worked at the Grech Law Firm since 2023 and is an invaluable team member as her reviews all indicate. She has lived in Michigan most of her life, growing up in Northern Michigan and raising her family in Metro Detroit. She has two adult children and has several adopted cats. Sarah collects books on science, politics, and classic fiction.
Scott
Legal Assistant and Case Manager
Scott is a legal assistant and case manager with over 5 years of experience working in the Social Security disability field and helping clients earn their benefits. Scott is an extremely organized individual who has been with the Grech Law Firm for 2 years and has been an amazing asset, especially with regards to helping us become paperless and adopt technology into our practice. Scott is a Metro Detroit native living in Macomb County with his wife as they prepare to welcome their daughter to the world! For fun, Scott enjoys playing golf, listening to music, and playing the piano and guitar. He is an excellent problem solver who is always eager to help, and excited to begin working with you!
Kathy
Office Manager
Kathy has been with the Grech Law Firm since its inception and handles our books as well as our medical records acquisitions. Kathy is amazing at what she does, and she makes sure that we gather all relevant medical records and evidence for our clients and she submits all of the evidence to Social Security. Kathy has her associate’s degree in business administration, and she has been doing our accounts receivable and payable since the firm began. Kathy has been married to her husband Bill for 50 years and the two of them enjoy travelling, especially to their favorite place, Hawaii. Kathy grew up in Indiana and has lived in Michigan since she moved here in 1970.
Graden
IT Consultant
Graden has been the IT consultant at the Grech Law Firm since 2025. He plays an integral role in our firm making sure our network, various software, and internet all function without any issues. Graden is currently a sophomore at Notre Dame Preparatory School in Pontiac, Michigan where he is a member of the Marching Band, the soccer team, and is the head sound engineer for all school functions.
