Well, I finally got the Social Security benefit amount which should have been received over 4 years ago! Grech Law Firm Attorney & Counselor and specifically Attorney and Counselor Justen E. Grech accomplished it! He’s a local and in our community, at 105 Cass Avenue, in Mount Clemens. Retired military disabled with 20 years of service and 11 ½ years in Saudi Arabian and denied! Already disabled and returned as a contractor from Saudi Arabia from a situation I would rather not talk about I just didn’t get it. I thought I had a compelling case and I did! I am looking at the initial denied letter now which states “based on a review of your health problems you do not qualify for benefits on this claim” (which I underlined). Really “I do not qualify for benefits on this claim”. I just didn’t get it! Really I do not qualify? It was totally important to me and my retirement! But that initial denial has been corrected thanks to Justen and Grech Law Firm (and Kathy too) the court carefully reviewed the facts of my case they made a fully favorable decision in my favor!
