I tried for years to get SSI for my adult daughter who has a disability. No attorney would help me. Every attorney I went to would turn me down. Use the Grech law firm. Being that social security is 100% all they do they have a vested interest in you winning. When I first met with Justen I was scared and had just been denied as most new applicants are. His confidence made me feel comfortable. He took all the details and got to work. Each step of the way he would explain what’s going on and what’s next. Him sharing his knowledge makes things better as there are no surprises. Each time I needed to talk to him I could. Then then big day came….to present my case to administration law judge. He was prepared. He had markers on all important things and knew exactly where information was when the judge asked a question. He had become intimately familiar with 6 years of medical records. He has the knowledge to know what the judge is going to ask about and can organize records in that way. After what seems like forever we got a fully favorable decision. Do yourself a favor and hire Justen Gretch not some place where 10% of what they do is social security and you don’t even get a lawyer but a “counselor” whatever that means.
